To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition within 48 hours of purchase or as agreed with Alpha and Omega. Please note that refunds or returns are not available for the following categories:

Custom-made items

Temperature-sensitive goods, Short-shelf-life products, Spoilable items, Perishable consumables, Goods requiring immediate consumption

Products with a broken seal that are non-returnable due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
Items returned without proof of purchase.

Used or damaged goods, Items with signs of wear and tear, Incomplete or damaged packaging, Goods not in original condition and Non-saleable items

Please also be aware that we will not be responsible for delayed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, as courier services may take longer than expected.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Lastly, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, as we do not cover these expenses.
