Tarshee Fees & Payment Policy.

This document outlines the fees and payment policies for using Tarshee’s services. By opening a shop on Tarshee, sellers agree to this policy as part of the Tarshee Marketplace Seller Policy.

Types of Fees

Sellers on Tarshee may need to pay certain fees. All fees are listed without VAT or similar taxes, which may apply. All service fees, including prepaid fees, are non-refundable.

Set-Up Fee

If you are an Owner Vendor, you may need to pay a one-time set-up fee to open your Tarshee shop. This fee is charged when you set up your shop, is non-refundable, and may be adjusted by Tarshee as needed. In certain cases, this fee might be waived, for example, during promotional periods. Additional taxes may apply depending on your bank’s location.

Listing Fees

Each item listed for sale on Tarshee costs 0.80 GBP. If you list multiple quantities of the same item, you’ll pay the initial 0.70 GBP listing fee, and the listing will automatically renew at 0.60 GBP per renewal. Listings expire after six months and are renewable.

Service Fees

When a sale is made through Tarshee, a service fee of 5% applies for Owner Vendors, and 6.5% for Whole-sale Vendors, based on the sale price of each listing.

Advertising and Promotional Fees

Tarshee provides advertising options like Tarshee Ads and Offsite Ads. Fees for Tarshee Ads apply only when the advertising leads to a sale.

Subscription Fees

Tarshee Plus, an optional subscription for sellers, costs 10 GBP per month and includes additional tools to grow your brand. Taxes may apply to the monthly subscription.

  1. Off-Platform Transactions

All transactions should be completed on Tarshee for secure payments. Off-platform transactions (e.g., asking buyers to pay outside of Tarshee) are prohibited and can increase fraud risks. Prices in listings must reflect accurate sale prices, and sellers cannot adjust prices post-sale to avoid fees or use others’ accounts without permission.

Payment of Tarshee Fees

Tarshee automatically deducts service fees from your payment account, except for the set-up fee, which is charged upon onboarding. Ensure your payment account has sufficient funds; otherwise, you’re responsible for paying the outstanding amount within 7 days of the monthly statement. You may pay manually using a credit card, debit card, or PayPal.

Taxes and VAT

Sellers are responsible for collecting and paying taxes and VAT related to sales made through Tarshee, including any fines or penalties.

VAT on Seller Fees

If applicable, VAT may be added to monthly seller fees and submitted to the appropriate tax authority, particularly for UK-based sellers.

Marketplace Reporting of Seller Information

Tarshee may report seller details and transactions to government authorities where legally required but will not share personal information with third parties unless required by law.

Service Charges Fees

All service charges fees are non-refundable in all circumstances.
