- You’re buying from an independent seller, not Tarshee.
- Tarshee doesn’t screen items and cannot guarantee or endorse items or seller content, such as images or descriptions.
- Sellers set their own processing times, delivery methods, and policies.
- For custom orders involving your materials, you are responsible for these materials.
You can report items or shops if they violate Tarshee policies. reporting is confidential.
- Communicating with Other Members
Messages
Use Tarshee’s “inquiry” tool to ask sellers about products or orders. Messages must not be used for:
- Sending unsolicited promotions, spam, or donation requests.
- Harassing or abusing members.
- Contacting anyone after they’ve requested no contact.
- Interfering with another member’s business.
- Exchanging personal or financial information for off-platform transactions, including QR codes.
Exercise caution when sharing personal details, which should only be exchanged as necessary to complete a transaction.
Interference and Harassment
Interference, such as deterring buyers from a shop or engaging in “click fraud,” is not allowed. Harassment through messages, including hate speech or discrimination, is also prohibited.
Report any harassing messages to Tarshee.

Tarshee’s Intervention System
If an order issue arises that can’t be resolved with the seller, Tarshee’s Intervention System can help. Contact the seller through Inquiry first, giving them 48 hours to address the issue. If unresolved, report non-delivery, delays, damage, or discrepancies to Tarshee’s system. Eligible cases may qualify for Tarshee’s Purchase Protection Program, though eligibility is determined by Tarshee. Tarshee may change or end this program at any time.
If Tarshee issues a refund, it will be processed through the account provided. Refund requests are supported on-platform for 14 days post-transaction; after this period, reach out directly to the seller.
Tarshee’s Purchase Protection Program
Tarshee’s program provides refunds for items that don’t meet expected delivery, arrive damaged, or differ from the listing description. To qualify, items must:
- Be delivered on time as per seller’s stated processing times.
- Arrive undamaged in suitable packaging.
- Match the listing description.
Examples of qualifying issues:
- Wrong colour, model, or quantity received.
- Authenticity misrepresentation.
- Misrepresented condition (e.g., item listed as new but is used).
Sellers are required to refund items that don’t meet these standards, including shipping costs. Abuse of the program may lead to exclusion.
Ineligible Transactions
Certain issues are outside Tarshee’s intervention coverage, including:
- Altered, used, or discarded items after receipt.
- Disputes on postage costs.
- Transactions not processed through Tarshee Payments or those involving offsite transactions.
Escalated cases may require additional documentation.
Requesting a cancellation
Only sellers can cancel transactions. Buyers can request a cancellation via Inquiry and should allow sellers 24 hours to respond.
Returning an Item
Each seller manages their return policies independently, which should be outlined in their shop policies. Not all sellers accept returns. UK residents may have a 14-day “cooling-off” period, allowing returns for any reason.
